Our strategy at this center is to ensure minimum turn around time for problem rectification. Initially we locate the problem at our end; followed by investigation of problem at the installation at customer's end. As soon as the problem is confirmed, immediate steps are taken to rectify it. If the nature of the problem permits, the technical personnel will provide solution over the phone to minimize resolution time. In other case, an engineer will immediately be sent to the site for resolution of the problem.
